Arrival/Departure:
On the day of arrival, the room is available at 2 pm. On the day of departure, we ask that the room is vacated by 11 am.

Late Check-Out:
Would you still like to enjoy your departure day and not begin the journey home until the evening?
Upon request at short notice it is possible for you to occupy your room until 5 pm, use our wellness facilities, or have an afternoon treat in the restaurant. We will gladly provide you with a spa robe and towel.

Confirmation:
With your confirmation as well as our return confirmation, the reservation is considered binding and you indicate your acceptance of our cancellation conditions.

Payment:
We accept ATM cards up to € 7,000, VISA and MasterCard.

Cancellations:
Room cancellation is only possible in written form. Up to 3 months before the first vacation day no cancellation penalty, from 3 months to 1 month before the first vacation day you will be billed for 3 days, 1 month before the first day of vacation or early departure we charge 90% of the booked stay. Otherwise, Austrian hotel regulations will apply.

With the Kohlmayr cancellation insurance, early bookings are now risk-free.

For just € 4 per person (children in an extra bed € 1) and day, all your worries simply disappear.

If you are unable to go on your holiday, your deposit will refunded in accordance with the Kohlmayr conditions of
cancellation insurance, minus the premium for insurance coverage.

The Kohlmayr cancellation insurance covers all cancellation costs associated with the insuree's inability to travel due to

medical causes that are attested by a doctor: death of the insuree; death / serious accident or unexpected serious illness

of the spouse / life partner / own children / parent-in-law / grandparents / grand-children or children-in-law.

If you depart earlier as booked, the Kohlmayr travel cancellation insurance will not be valid.
